New version of CEComponentWiz coming in June (Around the time it goes RTM)

Version 3.00
Intended to work with Compact 2013
Also generates a .cab file containing the files and shortcuts as an alternative to inclusion in OS.

Also will be a minor update for CEDriverWiz and CEDriverWiz templates in June for Compact 2013.
