Intel® Core™ i5 Mobile Processor Family

Just noticed that the Intel 15 Mobile CPUs are actually 2 cores with hyperthreading .

Look at Sandy Bridge

Some I5s are 2 core some 4
Some I7s are 2 core some 4.
Also there is a chipset design flaws with the Sandy Bridge CPUs:

I originally understood that:

• I3 was 2 core
• I5 was 4 core no hyperthreading
• I7 was 4 core with hyperthreading  .. but alas!

I guess that they should have specified, say, an I4 which is 2 core + hyperthreading.
